Caprice knows a little something about putting her best foot forward in front of the camera. She is an international beauty that has been featured in nearly every men’s, fitness, and fashion magazine. As if that were not enough, she has had appearances on E!, FOX and VH1’s hit reality The Surreal Life. This bombshell has conquered modeling and has successfully positioned herself as a brand in this industry.

As the next logical step, Caprice placed her energies toward creating a lingerie brand that is undividedly hers from beginning to the end product. Unlike many celebrities who gain many commodities and merely lend their name to a business without any sincerity, By Caprice Lingerie is a hands-on approach to business. The complete process from the creative beginning to the very end has Caprice’s approval.

How did it begin? Caprice began with an idea that she was passionate for and brought it to the attention of Britain’s number one department store four years ago. She points out: “I wanted to merchandise something that everyone would buy into and thought lingerie was the perfect vehicle.” By Caprice Lingerie was born and now it is one of Britain’s top selling lingerie brands. Undoubtedly Caprice knows all to well how lingerie should fit, feel on the outside as well as how it should make you feel when you’re wearing it.

“I wanted to make a lingerie line that would make women feel beautiful and look sexy, primarily for themselves, although guys do appreciate it,” says Caprice. She continues, “By Caprice Lingerie is very personal. It is fun, flirty, fashionable and practical. [It is also a] great quality and affordable.”

Her collection stands out by being subtle, elegant, and comfortable with a little naughty! I guess that’s why she’s been voted as one of the 101 sexiest celebrities: she knows how to maintain the right combination.

Speaking of combinations, the collection combines a delicious soft palette of spearmints, pinks and lilacs. “My garments are full of feminine detail using an array of lace, bows and ribbon. By using similar colors throughout, we provide our customer with the opportunity to mix and match styles to reflect their own love of lingerie,” says Caprice

Her designs recognize the need for soft contours and great shaping but also keep it fashionable in order to make women feel special. And, ladies, we all know how important it is to feel comfortable all day long not just for 15 minute pieces, but the investment pieces. Shaping and material can really make or break a lingerie line. Pretty doesn’t always cut it. The choices that Caprice has made to represent her name and her brand are well thought out and come through as beautiful, sensual pieces.

When asked what is on the horizon for her, Caprice had the following to say: “I will be out in South Africa at the end of January as we are launching By Caprice Lingerie in Edgars, the largest department store in South Africa. We are also launching across Europe, our designs will be available in Germany, Holland, Switzerland and Austria.
