| Laura Dawson graduated from Daap at the University
of Cincinnati, where she was born and raised. She went
on to work as a fashion stylist in New York, Paris and
Amsterdam. After Laura gained experience working under
As Four and Donna Karan, she launched her own line in
2003.
In only two years Laura has managed to have her line
carried by many prestigious retailers and cutting edge
boutiques such as Fred Segal Flair, Steven Alan, Prohibit
NY/Tokyo, Suki, Gigantic and Saved.
Her clothes have been worn by celebrities and rock
bands including The Scissor Sisters, Beans, Why?, Vietnam,
Moby and the Brazilian Girls.
Laura Dawson clothing is about aspirational attainability.
The clothes are a step above the everyday, with thoughtful
details to compliment the wearer, and prices within
the reach of the young and hip audience.
Production is limited to quantities ordered by our

The Skyscraper collection in particular realized Laura
Dawson as an urban brand. The dresses in the collection
