When a woman is checking you out and her eyes stop at your feet,
she's not just checking out the size...she's checking to see how much
you pay attention to detail and if you can complete the entire look.
The wrong shoe can make all that time spent on fixing your hair, dabbing
the cologne and picking out the perfect shirt all a waste of time.
The proper shoe is also essential on job interviews, good presentation
goes a long way. There are 2 key elements to picking the right shoe:
1- Make sure they match the rest of your outfit
2- Make sure they are the latest style.
The current trend is leaning toward the wider square toe shoe with
a wedge heel. There are many diverse shoes out there than can be
used for both dressy and more casual days. If you become overwhelmed
with all the different styles out there, some safe picks are Prada,
Kenneth Cole and Aldo.
Don't purchase shoes that need to be "broken in". If they
don't feel right when you first try them on, don't buy them! Make
sure to try them on with the style of sock you will be wearing because
this may effect the fit. Most people have one foot that is slightly
larger than the other. For this reason, make sure to try the shoes
on both feet.
Remember one thing...the shoe makes or breaks the outfit!
