Absolute heaven in a box! Boule has taken the
art of making pastries to a chic new level.
The creators of Boule have been developing seamlessly
transcendent dining experiences for the past five
years. In 2002, they launched the exquisite
restaurant Sona in Los Angeles
inspired by the finest French cuisine. The success
of Sona led owners to open Boule
in 2004 based on their re-imagination of the neighborhood
pâtisseries they frequented while living
in Paris.
The upscale LA-based Parisian Patisserie scours the earth for the finest ingredients for their signature products. All products are handmade from scratch by the Boule pastry team. The product lines are Pâtisserie (cakes, tarts), Glâcerie (sorbets and ice cream), and Confiserie (single bean origin chocolates and candies).
The handmade treats are housed in a temple just
for them Boule is located at 420 N. La
Cienega Blvd. in Los Angeles and
features stylish décor with its high ceilings,
pale blue walls and display cases. All of the
beautiful choices will have your mouth
watering. The first bite is splendid,
and last makes you savor the taste until the next
one! Boule chocolate treats should definitely
come with a warning: HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!!
They surely had me regressed to my first day of
pre-school with the “sharing is caring”
lesson. I want to share, but the taste is
saying ALL MINE!
Their shop also serves flaky French pastries,
cakes and tarts, ice creams, sorbets, coffee and
tea - - a sweet spot where style and substance
meet.
For events and special occasions Boule also provides
an exclusive service called, Taste of
Boule, which is a luxurious twist on
traditional dessert stations. The service can
be customized to integrate treats with floral
arrangements for a decadent centerpiece or displayed
on beautiful stations for larger groups.
