Serum Luminescent
With a high concentration (10%) of nano-encapsulated
citrus bioflavonoids, the Serum Luminescent offers the promise
of clear, bright skin and an even complexion. The formula
treats age spots on the face and neckline without irritation
or sensitization. After 30 days of use, you can see that
the skin has become approximately 15% lighter.
Bioflavonoids concentrated in nanocapsules are protected
until they reach the action site, where the melanin is produced.
They have a very powerful reductive and antiradical effect,
inhibiting tyrosinase’s action and, consequently, melanin
production. The citrus bioflavonoids block melanogenesis
without damaging the cells because it starts up again as
soon as the product is no longer applied.
The Urban Active complex strengthens the antiradical action
of Serum Luminescent by neutralizing pollution-induced oxidative
stress.
