Inspiration

Inspired by the hustle and bustle of Manhattan and the ever-changing face of the fashion industry, two Texan ladies are finding their dreams within the big lights. Suzie Rapp and Amy Posavek have found their calling in fashion. Both obtained degrees in fashion design with minors in business while studying at the University of Texas and the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. They took on many jobs within the industry from design to fashion show direction and worked closely with several fashion designers, including Marc Jacobs and Cynthia Rowley. Deciding to make a mark on their own was the logical next step and soon after they launched their first collection of luxury accessories under the name "Rapp and Posavek."

Reality

With hip, chic and feminine sophistication, Rapp and Posavek is fast becoming a big contender in the accesories market and the founders have received accolades from notables like Lucky Magazine. Their vintage appeal with high-end luxury keeps the client list strong and growing with such names as Kate Hudson and Terri Hatcher. All bags and belts are hand-printed and handcrafted in luxurious lamb and calf and lined in soft suede making the bags timeless in ther own right. The handcrafted accessories are for individuals that appreciate a heightened attention to detail, which only enhances their personal style.
