TENDLER FURS UNVEILS FALL 2006 FUR COLLECTION
DURING "AN INTIMATE AFFAIR....WITH FUR"

New York (June 13, 2006) - Prestigious design house Tendler Furs will premiere its Fall '06 collection to the fashion press, retailers^ and fashion trade guests during FICA's "An Intimate Affair...with Fur". With an eye to romance, the Tendler fur collection is pretty, polished and unapologetically feminine.

The collection showcases genuine opulence and luxe in its use of chinchilla, fisher, sable and always mink shown in long-hair as well as sheared. For the young romantics and jeans-wearing hipster, Tendler delivers skillfully tailored furs like broadtail, fox, coyote, raccoon and Rex rabbit.

Silhouettes for fall are predominately short with the spotlight on boleros, capelets and fitted jackets that are fresh and young-spirited. Innovative techniques include laser cutting and grooving, organic dying and micro-shearing. Face framing collars with raw edgings enhance the appeal of the cropped jacket. The all important details that embellish the fall collection include weathered chains and charms, vintage cameos, romantic lace detailing and beading.
