ADRIENNE LANDAU
Fall 2006
New York, NY- Fur is back for fall and as seen on the
runways it is again making its mark as a mainstay in
any fashion wardrobe. Adrienne Landau has come to be
known as a leader in the fur industry and every season
she is adding fresh new ideas and silhouettes to her
already distinguishable designs. She has transformed
accessories items into a collection and designs pieces
that are easy to wear and effortlessly glamorous. Reinventing
the classics of her home collection, handbags and accessories
while also adding new products such as outerwear, shoes
and belts is sure to make this fall season one of her
best.
Silk down coats appliqued with snake skin and trimmed
in spiky fox bring out an urban flair in any suburbanite
looking to spice up her winter. Shearling coats with
detailed embroidery and laser cut accents are inspired
by the Geisha and winters in Aspen. Wedge shoes with
pony, leopard mink thongs with a kitten heel and white
mink thongs with a leather braid make any woman feel
sexy. Pony belts embossed like alligator in sparkly metallics
add great shape to this falls jackets and coats. Vests,
capes and boleros are brought back in new hues and cuts
for the customer looking for an updated variation on
the classic pieces. Being passionate about home decor
Adrienne is expanding her popular home collection that
includes cozy fur throws and pillows. Handbags this fall
come in functional brocade totes to trendy fur beaded
evening bags.
The range of colors in the collection include neutrals
emphasized by rich tones such as red and purple. The
kimono sleeved cropped jacket worn belted with skinny
jeans and boots or dressed up for a night out; fox trim
jersey and knitted rabbit wrapper, which can be layered
over light weight fabrics for a season-less look; and
chunky knitted sweater coats and vests are some of the
standouts of the collection.
